Launch of Content Blockchain Testnet

The Content Blockchain Project was started to build the foundational tools that enable journalists, publishers, and media start-ups to create new innovative products, services and business models in the open blockchain economy.

Our initial plans were to use an existing public blockchain as infrastructure for the tools and applications we are building. But during our research we found that the established networks are of limited suitability for our purposes.

Reaching our third milestone we have some exciting news: We are planning to launch a new public blockchain network that is optimized to meet the requirements of the news and media industry.
